About the Owner

Eric Bittman - CEO/President

Raised in New York, Eric shares a life rooted in care, intention, and refinement with his wife, Dr. Sara Bittman, and their two beloved Boston Terriers, Maurice and Brittney.

When Maurice joined their family in 2005, he brought with him an unmistakable energy—joyful, vibrant, and deeply connective. He quickly became more than a companion; he was an essential part of their world.

But within months, Maurice began to experience severe skin sensitivities—persistent dryness, irritation, and painful flare-ups that disrupted his comfort and well-being. Watching him endure constant itching, inflamed paws, and recurring sores was both distressing and deeply personal. Conventional solutions, including medicated shampoos, fell short—often exacerbating the very issues they promised to soothe.

Unwilling to accept anything less than true relief, Eric set out on a more thoughtful path—driven by a commitment to quality, integrity, and a belief that better care was not only possible, but necessary.

In pursuit of a truly elevated standard of care, Eric partnered with his in-laws, Tony and Roby Cuccio of Cuccio Naturale (Star Nail International)—renowned pioneers with more than three decades of innovation in the luxury spa industry.

Together, they embarked on a global search for the finest natural ingredients, thoughtfully sourcing and curating elements celebrated for their restorative and nourishing properties. The result is a sophisticated collection of spa and grooming essentials, designed to bring uncompromising quality and care to the world of canine wellness.

The transformation in Maurice was nothing short of extraordinary. With consistent care, he found lasting comfort, renewed vitality, and a sense of ease that defined his later years. His journey became the inspiration behind everything that followed.

Though Maurice passed in 2018, his legacy remains at the heart of the brand—guiding every formulation and every standard we uphold. His favorite rituals, including the Grape Seed Paw Revitalizer, the 10-In-1 After Bath Spray, and the Hydrating Butter, continue to reflect the level of care we believe every dog deserves.
