Placing an Order

All retail orders are placed on our website without having to register. If you are a groomer or making a wholesale purchase,you must register with a valid re-sale id and log-in. You may then place an order through our website. You may also place your order through phone (845-634-1412) or email Info@warrenlondon.com.

Shipping/Express Shipping

WarrenLondon.com processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. We ship ground service by UPS Ground. Multiple ordered items may ship in separate packages. Most items are shipped within 3-7 business days but please allow up to 10 business days for your delivery to arrive at your door.

Rush Orders

In the event you would like to request a rush order on any of the items at WarrenLondon.com, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to accommodate you.

Over-sized orders may incur additional shipping charges. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being "returned to shipper" will be charged for shipping fees.

International, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Shipping

Shipping outside the continental U.S. will require additional Shipping charges. These fees will cover any taxes or duties so that you will not be responsible for any additional fees once your package arrives to your door.

Availability & Back Order Items

While most items are always in supply, due to high demand, there may be times when an item may run out of stock. If this should ever happen, we will email you right away letting you know when that item will be shipping again.
Defective Merchandise

Satisfaction is extremely important to Warren London. The items you will receive are of the highest quality, in excellent condition. We guarantee all products against damage during shipment. Freight damages or product defects must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. There are occasions where a return or exchange may be necessary. We do not accept return due to the type of products we sell. We would be happy to replace any damaged or defective items.

Period:

All exchanges must be received by Warren London within thirty (30) days of shipment to you.

All items sold by Warren London are shipped in their original factory packaging as supplied by the manufacturer/distributor.

In the event that the return or exchange is due to our error (i.e., you receive an incorrect or defective item), we will refund you the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Returns or exchanges must be received within thirty days from the date the original item was shipped to you.
